I continue to research and write about topics that may be thought provoking, express opinions, provide commentaries with new insights. Some may be controversial. Re-inventing ourselves in this “3rd act in life” requires the commitment to make changes in our lives. My writing will include resources, techniques and tips to teach, empower and encourage you to continually set new goals and take actions to achieve them.
